chocolate dough:
50g eggs - 1 unit
60g oil (1/4 cup)
90g sugar (1/4 cup)
100g milk (1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons)
35g cocoa powder (1/4 cup)
90 all-purpose flour (1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon)
2g baking soda (1/2 teaspoon)
4g baking powder (1 tsp)
1g of salt
Filling:
1 condensed milk (395g)
2 cans of cream (400g)
50g powdered milk (I used Ninho)
80g of noble chocolate
Ganache for coverage:
200g of noble chocolate
60g sour cream
Syrup:
100ml of milk
20g condensed milk
Cup measure: 240ml
