Ingredients:
Cake dough:
1 cup of sugar (180g)
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup butter or margarine (100g)
200ml of coconut milk
2 cups all-purpose flour (260g)
50g finely grated coconut
1 tablespoon of baking powder for cake (12g)
Filling/Covering:
200g shredded coconut flakes
200g condensed milk (+/-)
1/4 cup butter or margarine (50g)
Syrup:
200g condensed milk (+/-) to taste
1 cup of milk (240ml)
Cup Size: 240ml
Mold/baking pan dimensions: 33 × 22 × 5cm
Oven preheated to 180°C, bake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
