Recipe and Technique for cooking Indian Naan(Bread) in a pizza oven

Recipe:
- 165 ml Water
- 110 ml Warm Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 T Sugar
- 1/2 t Kosher Salt
- 1/2 t Baking Powder
- 465g All Purpose Flour
