I've been visiting the far south west of Cornwall for over 25 years. Its rugged landscapes, untamed coasts and stunningly dark skies make it one of my favourite places in the world - a land in which I can immerse myself, completely disconnect from the busyness of life and to which I always feel called back.
It was also the place in which I first shot the Milky Way core in the inky black skies above the ocean. It's special to me in so many ways.
Join me as I spend a night touring just a handful of the many outstanding locations for astrophotography in this part of the world

I use this channel to share my experiences of being out in the landscape at night photographing the night sky. I want to inspire others to give it a go, and also provide a route for those who can't get out to enjoy some of the experience.
