Ingredients 用料:
4.5 lbs (2 kg) organic young chicken 有机幼鸡
6 cloves of garlic 蒜
1 onion 洋葱
3 stalks of celery 芹菜
1.5 tbsp salt 盐
1/2 tbsp black pepper 黑胡椒粉
2 bay leaf 香叶
1 sprig fresh rosemary 新鲜迷迭香
1 tsp Lemon juice 柠檬汁
