Hey there! My journey with tinnitus began in 2020, transforming my world into one filled with fear, isolation, and despair. I was convinced happiness was a chapter closed for me, facing hurdle after hurdle. Fast forward to today, my relationship with tinnitus has shifted dramatically. It's no longer the centre of my world but a manageable aspect of life, thanks to dedicated self-growth. This shift has allowed me to rediscover joy and navigate life's ups and downs with a more relaxed perspective.

My battle hasn’t been with tinnitus alone; severe anxiety and OCD have also been constant companions. My mission is to be a beacon of hope for those entangled in similar struggles, especially for my fellow tinnitus warriors. I'm here to say: that feeling better and moving beyond tinnitus is within your reach, without resorting to empty promises or ineffective quick fixes. I aim to share the strategies and practices that are making a difference in my life, hoping they might light your path to healing as well. Embracing a holistic approach is key to genuine, lasting progress. Together, let's create a community that transcends our collective suffering, finding joy amidst life's tumult.
