材料:
腐皮 1張
腐皮(蒸軟)1張
甘筍 1 條
西芹 2 條
鮮冬菇 4 隻
海鮮菇 1束
芽菜 1碗

醃料:
鹽 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
素蠔油 2湯匙
芝麻油 2茶匙

生粉水 適量

Ingredients:
1 sheet of beancurd skin
1 sheet of beancurd skin (steamed)
1 carrot
2 stalk of celery
4 shiitake mushroom
A bunch of seafood mushroom
A bowl of sprouts

Marinade:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
2 tsp sesame oil

Some Cornstarch water

Bahan:
1 kulit kembang tahu
1 kulit kembang tahu (kukus)
1 wortel
2 seledri
4 jamur shiitake
1 ikat jamur seafood
1 mangkuk kecambah

Mengasinkan:
1 sdt garam
1 sdt gula
2 sdm saus tiram vegetarian
2 sdt minyak wijen

Air tepung maizena secukupnya
