Dal baati Churma

Ingredients:
1/3 Cup - Masoor dal
1/3 Cup - Urad dal
1/3 Cup - Green Chilka Moong dal
1/3 Cup - Chana Dal ( 1 Hour Soaked)
5 Cup - Water
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp - Ghee
Method:
Take above Dal Wash Properly
Take Cooker and Water
Salt, Turmeric Powder, Ghee , Let Boil Water then add above Dal ,Mix Properly and Give Four Whistle

Dal Tadka:
Ingredients:
3 tbsp - Ghee
2 tsp - Cumin Seeds
2 no - Whole Dry Red Chilli Round
4-5 no - Clove
5-6 no - Whole Black Pepper
1 no - Tej Patta
1 no - Black Cardamom
1 no - Green Cardamom
1 tbsp - Ginger Chopped
2 tbsp - Green Chilli Chopped
1 no - Big Onion Chopped
1/2 tsp - Hing
1 tbsp - Garlic Chopped
2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tsp - Garam Masala
2 tsp - Dhaniya Jeera Powder
Little Water
2 no - Tomoto Chopped
Salt to taste
Little water
Garnish - Coriander leaves Chopped
1 tbsp - Ghee
Method:
Take Kadhai and add ghee, Jeera,above spices , Garlic,Green Chilli Chopped ,Onion Chopped Saute Everything
Take a small bowl add red chilli powder, Turmeric Powder,Garam Masala Powder, Dhaniya Jeera Powder, add water and make paste add above in the Onion kadhai , Mix Properly then add Tomato Chopped and Salt , Cook till soften , add water till Oil release then add Cooked dal ,Mix Properly , adjust the consistency,Boil for 10 min then add coriander and ghee.

Baati
Ingredients:
2 Cup - Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup - Sooji
1/2 tsp - Ajwain
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp - Baking Soda
3 tbsp - Ghee
Method:
Take a Big Vessel and add above ingredients.Mix with hand and Make dough using Water , Make a Hard Dough , Give Rest for 10 min
Knead Properly and Make a Baati Round.
Make a Baati appam Kadhai in Slow Flame.
We can apply ghee and Cook also. Put the Baati into Ghee and Serve Hot.

For Churma:
Take above Baati Atta , Only remove Ajwain and Salt , Make a Baati and Grind like Powder

Take a Kadhai
2 tbsp - Ghee
2 tbsp - cashew Chopped
Roast Little
1 tbsp - Almond flakes
1 tbsp - Pista Flakes
Roast Little then add Grinded Baati Mixture
Mix Properly the add Sugar Powder as per Sweetness required and Ghee for Binding, Mix Properly. 1/4 tsp - cardamom powder, Mix Properly

Serve all together.
