Hiii besties - I’m so happy you’re here ! xo

oday’s video gives a glimpse into a productive Monday in my life. I show and talk about ways to get back on track after a weekend full of fun foods, drinks, and busy social / work schedules. You also get some insight into the behind the scenes of New York Fashion Week as a full time model, agency meetings, castings, runway practice, and exciting opportunities ..

While this is also a What I Eat in a Day video, PLEASE remember that every day looks so so different for me and ALL bodies are different as well! While I do focus on a high protein, whole-food ingredient lifestyle I always have and always will preach BALANCE.
What fuels me may not be exactly right for you and THATS OKAY - again, this is just ONE day of my eats, so never compare someone else’s FDOE to yours.

Please let me know if you want written out recipes to any of my meals! But here’s a full breakdown of my day of eats:

Breakfast / pre-coffee snack:
- Sourdough cottage cheese toast topped with sliced bananas, superfood honey, and cinnamon

‘Superfood latte’:
- Nespresso double espresso chiaro with almond milk, Sera and Mattina collagen, and Cowboy colostrum (all linked in my ShopMy)

Lunch:
- Kale salad with grilled chicken, corn, roasted sweet potato, pickled red onions, grape tomatoes, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, & nutritional yeast

Afternoon Snack:
- Greek yogurt bowl with frozen wild blueberries & my homemade protein granola (recipe on my TikTok!)

Pre-dinner snack:
- Snack plate (yucca chips, trader joes spinach dip, baby carrots, roasted turkey breast)
Dinner:
- Spaghetti squash bolognese (ground beef, sautéed onions and spinach, roasted spaghetti squash, TJ’s pasta sauce, parmesan cheese

Post-Dinner:
- Drink Hiyo functional Bev, Frozen grapes, & Dark chocolate quinoa crisps
