what a relief

I wouldn't say Im lazy, but I definitely lost weight the "lazy way" and im going to be honest with you, its the only way to have a sustainable weight loss journey (and keep it off), especially if you KNOW you're the lazy type.

I've lost weight like this twice (both postpartum, when I was the hungriest and most tired), so I know you can too...and guess what im currently pregnant with my third, and when I have this baby I will be following this exact method
