What I Eat in a Day + DIML in nyc: healthy recipes, workout routine, chats & tips on food/nutrition

Okay so today was mostly focused on what I ate this day and a glimpse into some of my supplement routines, favorite healthy / preppable recipes, and a super realistic glimpse into just a basic weekday of eats for me as someone who loves to move my body, feel good from the inside out, but doesn’t take things TOO seriously. Also a glimpse into my full workout routine and mini day in my life on a boring & regular Tuesday

We also got into some chatty moments on all things from mental health surrounding food / exercise, to my favorite products, to modeling, future content ideas, and so much more.

While this is also a What I Eat in a Day video, PLEASE remember that every day looks so so different for me and ALL bodies are different as well! While I do focus on a high protein, whole-food ingredient lifestyle I always have and always will preach BALANCE.
What fuels me may not be exactly right for you and THATS OKAY - again, this is just ONE day of my eats, so never compare someone else’s FDOE to yours.

As promised here’s a full breakdown of everything I ate and some recipes fully written out!

Please let me know if you want written out recipes to any of my meals! But here’s a full breakdown of my day of eats:

Breakfast
* Brekky banana split (cottage cheese, banana, homemade granola

Granola Recipe:
- 1 cup oats
- 1.5tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp nut buter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 serving protein powder
- Cinnamon, salt, vanilla
- Combine ingredients and bake on 350 until fragrant & crispy (about 20 mins)

Lunch:
Breakfast Bowl: * 3 ingredient ‘protein’ bagel, veggie egg scramble, Bilinski chicken sausage, avocado,

Bagel Recipe:
- 1/2 cup flour of choice (I used whole wheat)
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Combine and roll into bagel shapes, brush with egg was and preferred topics and bake on 425 for about 25 minutes

‘Superfood latte’:
* Nespresso pod with almond milk, Sera and Mattina collagen, and Cowboy colostrum (all linked in my ShopMy)

Afternoon Snack:
* My 5 ingredient chocolate banana bread muffin
* Carrots, crackers, and hummus

Dinner:
* Burger bowl with ground beef, Brussels sprouts, zucchini, and sweet potato fries

Post-Dinner:
* Culture greek yogurt fro-yo topped with dark chocolate chips & mochi (YUM)

Workout Breakdown:
*Ankle weights optional but I recommend*
R Knee to nose on knee pushup
- 25 seconds full move
- 15 second bent arm pulse
- 15 second leg pulse

R Clamshell lift
- 35 second lifting
- 15 seconds 90 degree pulse

R Back lunge pulse oblique twist
- 35 seconds full move
- 15 seconds lunge pulse

R on knee side plank extend and crunch
- 35 seconds full move
- 15 second rainbow overhead press

Repeat on L side and go through each side 2x total

Second Circuit:
- Wide W pull to shoulder / chest press
- Row to triceps kick
- Donkey kick to fire hydrant
- Donkey kick to fire hydrant
- Glute bridge chest press march

5 minute ab burner
- Cherry pickers
- Scissor kicks
- Hollow tucks
- Shoulder taps
- Plank jacks


And ALWAYS remember: It’s not healthy if it’s not bringing you joy.
