80g oatmeal powder
15g cocoa powder
2 bananas
1 Tbsp white sesame oil
1 egg
2 Tbsp milk
5 or 6 drops vanilla essence
4 tablespoons of lakanto syrup

A dash of erythritol powdered sugar

1, Mash 2 bananas with a fork.
2, Then add 1 tbsp thick sesame oil, 1 egg, 2 tbsp milk, 5 or 6 drops vanilla essence, 4 tbsp lakanto syrup, 80g oatmeal powder, 15g cocoa powder and mix well until a smooth batter is formed.
3, Optionally, break in 25 g of chocolate and mix well into the batter.
4, Pour the batter into a mold lined with a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
5, Remove from heat, refrigerate and serve with powdered sugar if desired.
