Ingredients for 3-4 people:
Broth:
- 1kg pork ribs
- 2 onions
- 3 young garlic
- 2 carrots
- 1 head of garlic
- 50g ginger
- 2 and a half litres of water
- 120mL soy sauce
- olive oil
- 1? tsp salt
Eggs for the ramen:
- 4 eggs
- 120mL soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Water
Toppings:
- 2 spring garlic
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 50g ginger
- 60mL olive oil
- Vegetables to taste (I used mushrooms and oyster mushrooms)
- chives
Sauce from the ribs:
- Liquid from the egg marinade
- 1cs sugar
Noodles:
- I recommend you buy the noodles from an Asian supermarket, although in this video I made them homemade.
