・Dry yeast…3g
・Sugar…1g

◉Bread dough
・Bread flour…150g
・Cake flour…50g
・Salt…3g
・Sugar…19g
・Egg…20g
・Hot milk…70g
(microwave oven 600W20sec)
・Unsalted butter…10g

☆Folded butter
・Unsalted butter…60g
(Make a sheet of 12 cm x 16 cm)

【If you want a sweet croissant】

・After baking, apply syrup with a brush while it is still hot ❤️
The syrup can be gum syrup, or a one-to-one analog of sugar and water. Be careful as it will not soak into the bread if it is cooled and then wetted!
(In the video, I wanted to sprinkle powdered sugar on the finish, so I didn't use syrup 😊)
