# Eggless Mini Fruit Tart
Today’s recipe is to follow up as the previous day’s recipe, still about the Tart, now it’s focused on “Simple Mini Fruit Tart”.
## The Main Ingredients
* 500 grams or about 33 tablespoons of Cake or Pastry flour.
* 300 grams margarine or cold butter margarine.
^^ Store for about 10 minutes in the fridge.
* 2 to 4 tbsp powdered sugar (at 40 to 80 grams).
* 6 tablespoons ice water or cold water.
* 1 to 2 tablespoons powdered milk, optional.
## Ingredients for the Vla filling
* 10 grams or 1 tablespoon custard flour.
* 60 grams or about 4 tablespoons of Cornstarch.
* 150 grams of Sugar.
* 80 grams or about 2 sachets of Sweetened Condensed Milk.
* 750 ml of Water.
* 1 sachet of vanilla, replaceable with 1 tsp vanilla essence.
* 2 tablespoons powdered creamer, optional.
## Ingredients for the Fruit Toppings
* 12 to 15 strawberries.
* 150 grams of Grapes (cut into 2 or 4 parts).
* 1 Kiwi Fruit (sliced into 6 or 8 pieces each, enough for 1 recipe)
## Ingredients for the Chocolate Spread (for the tart crust)
* 60 to 70 grams Cooking Chocolate bars.
## Ingredients for the Agar-Agar Spread Solution
* 1 teaspoon plain Agar-agar.
* 40 grams to 60 grams or about 2 to 3 tbsp Sugar.
* 150 ml of Water
## NOTE
For the tart crust, to make it even better in taste, we can add about 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Trust me, the result will be super crunchy.
