## Ingredients
### Ingredients for Rissole Skin
* 750 grams Bread Flour,
* 1 tsp Salt, or at your preferable taste,
* 1 tsp Broth powder,
* 75 grams or 5 tbsp Tapioca Flour
* 75 ml of Cooking Oil
* 1700-1800 ml of Water
### Ingredients for Rissole Cheap Stuffing
* 500 grams Potatoes
* 500 grams Carrot
* 60 grams or 4 tbsp cornstarch, dissolve in 50 ml water
* 60 gr or 4 tbsp of Flour, dissolve in 50 ml water
* 4 cloves of Shallot
* 4 cloves of Garlic
* 1-2 tsp ground pepper, or just at your taste
* 3-5 sticks of Celery, or just at your taste
* 3-5 Scallions, up to taste
* 2-3 tsp Broth Powder, up to taste
* 40-80 gr (1-2 sachets) sweetened condensed milk or 1-2 tbsp granulated sugar (it’s more affordable to use 1 tbsp granulated sugar and 1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk), up to taste
* 1-2 tsp Salt, up to taste
### Ingredients for Rissole Dipping
* 150 gr or 10 tbsp of wheat flour
* 450 ml of water, as needed
### Ingredients for Rissole Sprinkle
* 250 gr Bread Flour
