100 g yogurt
150 g sugar
½ teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of vanilla paste
60g melted butter
2 large eggs
add one at a time, mix thoroughly
12 g cornstarch
12 g flour
bake at 175°C for 45-50 minutes
200 g raspberries (you can use frozen)
cook on low heat
40 g sugar
3 g gelatine
water
stir until the gelatine dissolves, do not boil
put in the fridge for 1 hour
