Today I'm gonna introduce you a Kimchi Jjigae recipe which appeared in a hot keyword on the internet as well as records 1.8 billion won annual sales.
I couldn't skip this recipe as soon as I saw this.

If I summarize into two points about the recipe,
it maximize the rich meaty flavour from the beginning by blending pork fat...
it also uses anchovy powder instead of anchovy stock water, so it flourished the flavour and taste a lot (it also brought a tuna smell as well).

In other words, it has a deep and rich Kimchi flavour like it's been boiled down 3 - 4 times and has a tuna stew flavour as if there was a tuna meat.

I'd carefully say about this, but as it's publicly shared recipe in TV, you may add this menu if you run a restaurant. It's really good.

There's no way to fail with this recipe! Really!
