*Based on frame 2, after preheating at 190 degrees, personal oven deviation is large at 170 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Please find the right time for the skewer test.)
- 300g of dark chocolate
- 60g of milk
- saltless butter 120 g
- 8 eggs (separate yolk and white)
- 150g of sugar
- Decoration Sugar Powder
*For chocolate, I used 85% lint, 2 cacao 100g bars, and 1 70% cacao 100g. I bought it at E-Mart, and you can use the dark chocolate you like.
