Everyone thinks that is puff pastry. This is a completely new method. Simple recipe for rolls.
These homemade rolls are delicate golden brown on the outside and wonderfully soft and airy inside. With a mild sweetness and a touch of butter, they literally melt on the tongue. Thanks to the Greek yogurt or sour cream in the dough, you will receive a particularly juicy texture. Whether for breakfast, as a side dish or just like that - these rolls are perfect for every occasion. And best of all: you are easy to prepare, even for beginners!

Recipe:
500-550 g wheat flour (4.5 cups).
100–150 g Greek yogurt or sour cream (½ - ⅔ cup)
13 g of fresh yeast (1/2 oz).
1 eggs
2 tablespoons of sugar (2 tablespoons).
5–6 g salt (1 teaspoon)
250 ml (1 cups) warm milk.
50 g butter (11/2 oz).
For the filling:
100 g butter (3 1/2 ounces).
Knead the dough and let it rest for 50-60 minutes.
Form the rolls as shown in the video. Brush with the egg milk mixture.
Bake at 180 ° C (356 ° F) for 30–35 minutes.
