Here’s what you need:

For dough:
1 medium egg
3 tbsp sugar
2 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
2 tbsp milk powder
250ml warm milk
500g all purpose baking flour (you May increase or decrease) this will depend with flour you are using)
1/2 tsp salt
40g unsalted butter

For the filling:
40g unsalted butter (softened)
120g cream cheese

Bake 25 minutes at 180°C
