Today I'm doing something a little different with this exercise vibration platform and unboxing! I was recently sent the Body Express Vibration Platform from HSN, so I thought I would unbox it and try it out for yall because this is definitely not the most conventional exercise device. Whole Body Vibration has a lot of science and research behind it, but I've been skeptical...are exercise vibration platforms a gimmick? The claim is that whole body vibration can make you melt fat, burn more calories, and build muscle in LESS time. There are even studies that suggest that just standing on one of these things has health benefits. In this video, I'm sharing some studies that have been done on these platforms to see if WBV really is effective, plus i'm trying a workout on the Body Express Vibration Platform for myself to see how it works.
