Welcome back to our channel, bake with us flaky simple but tasty Ghana tuna pie or fish pie, meat pies and fish pies are very popular in Ghana and west Africa, if you want to discover a recipe with a little twist then this is it. Here are the Ingredients:
fish pie dough:
1,5 kg self raising flour
750gr margarine or butter
1tsp ground nutmeg
1tsp salt
1 1/2 cup whole milk or water
filling:
8 cans tuna in sunflower oil or in brine
1 maggi
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 diced onions
3 garlic cloves
1tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
oil of 2 cans of tuna
1 egg to brush fish pie
bake at 170degres celcius for 35 mins
