French Fries
Clean your potatoes really well. Slice or use fry cutter to get desired french fry shape and put in cold water u til ready to boil to prevent browning. Add to a pot of boiling water and boil for 6 to 8 minutes for thicker fries to eight minutes and for thinner do six drain onto a towel and let dry place on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for an hour or two once they’re frozen put into a Ziploc bag and a store for long-term.
Cubed hashbrowns
Wash your potatoes slice or use fry cutter to get desired cube size once you have them cut place in cold water to prevent browning. Add to a pot boiling water and boil for five minutes strain and put it onto a towel to dry place your potatoes onto a parchment lined baking sheet and put in the freezer for one to two hours put frozen potatoes into a Ziploc bag to store long-term in your freezer.
Shredded hashbrowns
Wash your potatoes really well and place on a parchment line baking sheet heat your oven to 350° and once hot bake your potatoes for 40 12:55 hour based on size. Pull out of the oven and let cool down for about 30 minutes Using a box grater or a rotary cheese grater spread your potatoes using the thicker shred option. Do you want potato at a time and put onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Once all your potatoes are completed place them in the freezer for one to two hours once frozen store in a Ziploc for long-term storage.
