Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Chives 50-80g, diced at the end part and 2-3cm at the leaves part
2. Egg 4pcs
3. Corn starch solution
Seasoning
1. Light soya sauce little
2. Pepper little
Method
1. Crack the eggs in a bowl, add in seasoning and beat. Add in corn starch solution and mix well.
2. Heat wok with little oil. Add in chives, (end part first)and stir fry. Then add in leaves and fry till fragrant. Transfer into the egg and mix.
3. Heat wok with oil, add in the egg and chives mixture. Fry under medium heat till both sides are golden brown.
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
