A full body kettlebell workout designed to help improve your movement and golf performance. If you train from home or in a gym, you can complete this workout with just a single kettlebell. It takes you through 5 exercises that focus on key areas and movement patterns that will help you move better and achieve a more consistent golf swing. The workout focuses on improving your strength, power and mobility.
Depending on your weight, aim for 6-12 reps, completing 3-4 sets of each exercise. You can complete this as a standalone workout 3-4 times a week or add the exercises into your current gym programme.
