Ingredients
2 Cups Almond Flour
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Egg
2 tsp baking powder
Onion powder
Celtic Salt
Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Directions
Blend the cottage cheese and egg in the blender until smooth
Add everything to a bowl and mix thoroughly
Place into a donut mold pan
If it is too sticky, wet your hands to work with the dough
or shape into a ball flatten and put a hole in the middle.
If you want to do an egg wash, beat an egg in a cup a few times with a fork and then brush it over your bagels
Place desired seasonings over each bagel
You could do an onion bagel
Or a sweet bagel using cinnamon and monk fruit
Bake in the oven at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes
Allow to cool completely
