Izushi Fermented Sushi is a local Japanese dish in northern part of Japan, such as Tohoku or Hokkaido. People living in northern Japan enjoy this dish only in winter season. This video is not a recipe or tutorial, but I would like to share how we made it for this season.

毎年11月中旬になると我が家で飯寿司をつくります。今年の飯寿司作りをご紹介いたします。もし食べたことがない方で魚が好きな方は、ぜひスーパーやレストランで食べてみてください。
