I make delicious honey mustard chicken sauté using just a frying pan.
If you master this method, you can make any flavor of chicken sauté deliciously.

🍳Ingredients (for 1 piece)
1 chicken thigh
1/2 tsp salt
A pinch of pepper
1 tbsp sake
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp honey
*In this recipe, we are using 3 chicken thighs, so we have increased all the seasoning amounts by 3 times.
*We used a mustard that was not spicy.
*If you use a spicy mustard, adjust the amount while tasting.
🍖Procedure
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the meat and wait 10-30 minutes
While you are waiting, make the sauce
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook for 7 minutes with a weight on top
Wipe off any excess oil with a kitchen towel
・Remove the weight and flip over to cook for 3 minutes
・Wipe off any excess oil with kitchen paper
・Add the sauce and reduce (2-3 minutes)
It's done!
