Seasonings 调味料 :
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce 1茶匙 酱油
1 teaspoon Sesame oil 1茶匙 麻油

1 tablespoon Hot broad bean paste 1汤匙 辣豆瓣酱
1 tablespoon Potato flour 1汤匙 马铃薯粉

1 teaspoon Light soy sauce

300g Asparagus 300克 芦笋
½ Carrot ½条 萝卜, 切片
5 Ginger slices 5片 姜
2 Garlic, slices 2粒 蒜头, 切片
Seasonings 调味料 :
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
1 teaspoon Light soy sauce
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce 1茶匙 蚝油
1 teaspoon Chicken powder 1茶匙 鸡精粉
1 tablespoon Potato flour 1汤匙 马铃薯粉
