200g Ginger, smashed 200克 姜

80g Cane sugar 80克蔗糖
3 tablespoon Sesame oil 3汤匙 麻油
5 Hard boiled eggs 5粒 煮熟的鸡蛋
500ml Black vinegar 500毫升 黑醋
500ml Water 500毫升 水
2) 虾球豆腐 Shrimp Ball Tofu
Marinate Prawn 腌虾 :
250g Prawn, smashed to paste 250克 虾, 拍成虾泥
½ teaspoon Sugar ½茶匙 糖
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
1 Egg white 1粒 蛋白
1 tablespoon Potato flour 1茶匙 马铃薯粉
Ingredients 配料 :
1 box Tofu, cubes 1盒 豆腐, 切块
Seasonings 调味料 :
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Fish sauce 1茶匙 鱼露
1 teaspoon Light soy sauce 1茶匙 酱青
3) 虾米炒沙葛 Stir Fry Yam Bean (Mang Guang) with Dried Shrimp
Ingredients 配料 :
1 Yam Bean (Mang Guang), shreds 1粒 沙葛, 切条
Carrot, shreds 萝卜, 切条
10 Dried dried shrimp 10只 虾米
2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
2 Small red onion, minced 2粒 小洋葱, 切碎
Seasonings 调味料 :
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce 1茶匙 酱油
¼ teaspoon Fish sauce ¼茶匙 鱼露
