Full Beginner UE5 Tutorial - Animate standing precision jump from zero to game-ready (everything but the polish!)
In this part 1 of 2 tutorial, we find video reference, bring it into unreal and set up our sequencer for animation, then walk through, demonstrate, and explain the entire process of animating a character from start to finished blocking pass (ready for polish).
Video reference I used: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_b0HCpsuP6c
Part 2 will cover the optional polish step and in-engine iterations and stylistic changes based on trying it out in-game in the Unreal Editor.
