Kate is a SOLID 4Q/V3 Climber here at BPUMP Tokyo. She's managed to climb 3 3Q's/V4 but the last one was 6 Months ago. We decided to climb together for 30 days and see if I could coach her to overcome her biggest weakness, lack of POWER.
Even though this is not necessarily a "Guide" on How to become POWERFUL in 30 Days... You'll notice a lot of points Kate learns over this month which I believe can be useful for anyone.
