The dish I'm going to make this time is beef tartar.
It's an appetizer that you can eat lightly.

It's not hard to make, but because of the yolk, you can say that you start cooking a day before the day you need food to make this dish.

It's good to serve as an appetizer at a guest home party. Haha

Beef tartar is like yukhoe in Korean food. Haha

Most of all, it's fun to see with your eyes using a cardiff, and the crispy texture goes well with it, so the texture is good. Haha



[Yellow magnetic material]
3 to 5 egg yolks
Soy sauce 2TS (30 ml)
Cooking wine, vinegar 1.5TS each
100 ml of water
25g of sugar
Lemon juice 2TS

- Put the yolk in soy sauce and ferment it for a day.

*It's better if you flip it once in about 6 hours.

[Beef Tartar]
200g of redness
One-six onions.
1 to 2 rows of Italian parsley (optional)
1 ts minced garlic
Olive Oil 3TS
Salt
Pepper
Children's leaf vegetables (optional)


1. Chop the onion finely and soak it in cold water to remove the spicy taste.
2. Chop the beef to roll.
3. Chop Italian parsley.
4. In a bowl, mix the onion, parsley, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper that have removed meat and water.

Burn Cardiffs - Optional
Roll the cardiff in a round oven pan and bake it with olive oil or melted butter. (Bake a preheated pan to brown at 170색이.)
* It takes some time to get colored, but I think it's baked for about 20 minutes. The specifications are different for each oven, so check the color to open the medium-heavy oven.
*You can also use an air fryer!



[To complete]
Place beef tartar on top of baked kardiff and top with yolk.
Decorate it with baby leaves.
