🧈Ingredients (7cm dia. H1.5cm, 6 tart rings)

20 g almond powder
1 : Roll out to 2mm thickness

[Lemon curd]
Lemon rind 1 lemon
50 g granulated sugar
50 g whole egg
65 g lemon juice
70 g unsalted butter
5 g cold water
1g gelatin

[ milk ganache ]
60 g milk chocolate *2
45g (35%) cream *3
2 : 600W 30sec. 2 times, when it melts a little, it's OK!
3 : 600W for 40 seconds until it becomes fizzy!

[Italian meringue ]
60 g egg white
90 g granulated sugar
15 g lemon juice
15g water

[Chocolate coating]
20 g chocolate for coating
