Today we show you how to make Croissant-style Pastries called "Medialunas" 🥐
A classic Argentinian pastry similar to Croissant but more sweet and flavored.

Ingredients:
.For Croissant Dough
- Pastry Flour 500 Gr.
- Cold Milk 300 Ml.
- Sugar 40 Gr.
- Honey 1 Tbsp.
- Salt 5 Gr.
- Dry Yeast 8 Gr.
- Vanilla Essence 1 Tbsp.
- Orange Zest to taste (optional)

.For Laminating
- Cold Unsalted Butter 200 Gr.

.Sugar Syrup
- Water 150 Ml.
- Sugar 150 Gr.
- Orange Peel to taste

.For Egg wash
- One Egg
- Milk 2 Tbsp.
- Pinch of Sugar
- Punch of Salt

*Quantities for 25 Medialunas 🥐
