This time, I'll show you how to make pudding. Just mix and chill! Super easy to make using a Tupperware (storage container)! A smooth and jiggly pudding. An easy snack recipe that you can't go wrong with! It's so delicious, so please try making it.

■Ingredients (for 4 130ml storage containers)
Pudding batter
・2 eggs
・250ml milk
・2.5 tablespoons granulated sugar
・5g powdered gelatin
・2 tablespoons water

Caramel
・3 tablespoons granulated sugar
・1 tablespoon water
・2 tablespoons hot water

■How to make
1. Make the pudding batter. Add water to the gelatin and let it soften.
2. Put about 2/3 of the milk in a bowl and heat it in the microwave at 600W for 1 minute, then add the granulated sugar and ① and dissolve.
3. Heat the remaining milk in the microwave at 600W for 20 seconds and combine with ②.
4. Crack the eggs into the container, beat them and mix well, then strain the batter.
5. Pour into a Tupperware container, cover and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours to harden.
6. Make the caramel. Add granulated sugar and water to a frying pan and heat. When it turns caramel colored, add hot water and cool.
7. Pour the caramel over the cooled and hardened pudding and it's done.
