Ingredients
4 Conchs (skinned and bruised)
2 lg. eggs
1 cup fresh milk
1/4 tbsp. minced onions
1 cup corn meal
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper flakes
2 1/2 cups oil
*Allowed conch to cook on medium heat for about 2 - 3 minutes on both sides, then enjoy.
