But, how many of us have ever given thought to HOW we step properly. Most people simply let reflexes and gravity rule, with the addition of whatever body movement pattern we developed as a toddler. We can improve our alignment, stride with more confidence, and cushion our joint impact by adding conscious awareness to the way we walk. In this video I will demonstrate how to initiate a step in the proper way.
