I dilate my nose for my a full week. 7 days of opening my nostrils. How does it effect my fitness, cognition, strength, sleep, social life, cardio and more? Lots of athletes are wearing nose openers now. Will it give me more air and a competitive edge? Will it help me mouth breathe less? Will a giant schnoz make me superhuman? This experiment was inspired by "Breathe" by James Nestor. I test out Breathe Right, Turbine, Mute, Clear Passages, Airmax and Hale nasal dilators to see which I like the best. Strips vs. in-nasal dilation. It's a reverse training at altitude!
