Poricha pathiri, neypathiri, kunhipathiri Naice pathiri and the list is endless. Our love for any kind of pathiri is the flavour we get from the roasted rice flour and certain ingredients we mix with it.
So here’s a very easy way to make neypathiri with readymade puttupodi unlike the traditional way of soaking rice and then making the ground batter which ofcourse tastes slightly better but this is no else i guarantee.
Neyathiri -
Readymade Puttu podi - 3 cups
Salt - 1-2 tsp
Hot boiling water - 3 cup first then add more later
Coconut - 1 cup
Shallots- 3-5
Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Curry leaves - a few
Oil - deep frying

Chicken tacos with bun
Onion - 1 medium
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Ginger Garlic paste- 1/2 tbsp
Salt
Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2tsp
Turmeric -1/4 tsp
Tomato paste - 1tbsp
Cream - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Mozarella cheese
Bun - 6
First arrange the buns as shown then bake for 5-10 minutes at 200 degrees celicus till they get that shape. After filling, bake for 10 more minutes or until the cheese melts

Ground coconut paste-
Coconut - 1.5 cup
Whole coriander- 1 tbsp
Whole pepper-1 tsp
