1/2 teaspoon (3 g) salt
1/2 teaspoon (1.6 g) of black pepper
3/4 teaspoon (1.6 g) nutmeg
1/2 egg
Bread crumbs 14g
Milk 30g
30cc white wine

2.Put 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the onion slowly for about 10 minutes to bring out the sweetness.
The trick is to fry them for 10 minutes on low heat.

You can use water instead of white wine, but white wine is more delicious.
16. Cover with the lid and bake for 7 to 8 minutes.
17. After 7 to 8 minutes, open the lid and touch it, if it is elastic, OK.
If red juice comes out at this time, cover and heat for a few minutes more.
However, the toothpick was inserted into the pan, so the juices run off considerably.
Ideally, it is best to see it roughly by touch.
If it feels hollow, it is not cooked enough. Cover and heat for 2 or 3 minutes more.
18. When cooked, take out quickly. Pour your favorite sauce over it and enjoy.
