I've planned a dinner using a variety of seasonal vegetables, including okra, tomatoes, and shiso leaves.

The amount is basically for 3 people.

[Stir-fried okra and pork in curry]
200g pork
10 okra
1/4 onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon curry powder

[Hiya-yakko tomato and shiso]
3 pieces of tofu
6 cherry tomatoes
3 shiso leaves
1 tablespoon ponzu sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

📝 Menu for Day 2
[Stewed eggplant and minced meat]
2 eggplants
200g minced pork
2 deep-fried tofu
150ml water
1/2 teaspoon granulated soup stock
1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons sake
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger

📝Day 3 menu
[Chicken saute with fresh tomato sauce]
400g chicken
└Salt and pepper a little
└Flour a moderate amount
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1.5 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon garlic

[Spinach butter saute]
1 bag spinach
1 pack shimeji mushrooms
10g butter
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper a little

[Corn potage]
1 can of creamed corn
200ml milk
1 teaspoon granulated consommé base
Salt and pepper a little

📝Day 4 menu
[Grilled horse mackerel with shiso leaves]
6 pieces of horse mackerel

10 pieces of shiso leaves

[Potato salad with cabbage]
4 potatoes
1/8 cabbage (100g)
1 pack of bacon
A little salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
