Ingredients:

(Batik cake)
300g Marie Biscuit (or digestive biscuit)
150g Melted Butter
1cup milo
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup condensed milk
3/4 cup(180ml)milk
1 Egg(optional)
1 tbsp vanilla extract


(Cream cheese layer)
220g cream cheese
3g gelatin + 20ml water
70g castor sugar
200ml dairy whipping cream

(Chocolate ganache)
200g milk chocolate
180g dairy whipping cream
60g castor sugar


🧡Resepi kek batik indulgence in (malay)

Saiz loyang - 8 inci/20cm

(Kek batik)
300g Biskut Marie
150g mentega
1 cwn milo
1/3 cwn serbuk koko
1/4 cwn susu pekat ( sukatan untuk kurang manis ya..kalau nak tambah lagi pun boleh)
3/4 cwn(180ml) susu segar / air suam
1 biji telur (optional)
1 sdm esen vanilla (optional)


(Lapisan Cream cheese)
220g cream cheese
200ml krim putar tenusu
3g gelatin + 20ml air sejuk
70g gula kastor


(Coklat ganache)
200g coklat dark( guna coklat milk pun ok)
3/4 cawan(180g) krim putar tenusu
1 sdm mentega (optional)
