Nutritional Information/slice:
Cal: 308 | Net Carbs: 2g | Fiber: 2g | Total Carbs: 4g | Fat: 28g | Protein: 10g

Ingredients:
80g Lupin Flour Starter
230g/ 1 cup lukewarm Water, about 70F/30C
55g/ ¼ cup White Vinegar
270g/ 5 Eggs at room temperature
5g/ 1 tsp Keto Approved Oil
113g/ 1 cup Lupin Flour
19g/3 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
26g/3 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder
150g/ 1 + ½ cups Oat Fiber or 1 cup Chia Flour
17g/ 1 tsp + 1 tbsp Baking Powder
2g/ ½ tsp Baking Soda
5g/ 1 tsp salt
16g/ 1 tbsp Sweetener
2 tbsp Oil
Oven Temperature: 350F/176C
