This recipe is for people who love lupin flour and sourdough bread, and of course if you follow a low carb, keto or sugar free lifestyle. Someone asked me what is the use in adding instant yeast if we are growing wild yeast and shouldn't we just add yeast to bread. My answer is with every yeast recipe we need to add honey or inulin to bloom the yeast and once your starter has developed, you will never need honey or the rather expensive inulin.
