Keto Vegan Scallion Pancake (Crispy and Soft!)

This time I am sharing another popular asian dish which is this keto scallion pancake. Minimal keto ingredients and no eggs are required hence also making it vegan-friendly. It has a soft texture with slightly crispy crust. Hope you will like it!

10克 磨碎洋車前子
60克 杏仁粉
1茶匙 泡打粉
¼ 茶匙 鹽巴 (一個的量)
1/8 茶匙 五香粉 (一個的量)
1/8 茶匙 孜然粉 (一個的量)
¼ 茶匙 胡椒粉 (一個的量)

【Makes 2】
25g Scallion
20g White sesame
100g Water
10g Ground psyllium husk
60g Almond flour
1tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp Salt (each)
1/8 tsp 5 Spice powder (each)
1/8 tsp Cumin powder(each)
¼ tsp Ground pepper (each)
