🍽️完整食譜 Full Recipe🥣

黑椒芝士餅乾 Keto cheese crackers
材料:
杏仁粉 - 120克
Mozzarella cheese 芝士碎 - 120克
海鹽、黑胡椒粉

調味料:
洋蔥粉、蒜粉、黑胡椒粉

做法:
1)預熱焗爐至180c/ air-fryer 180c
2)芝士碎放入微波爐內叮30-45秒至溶化。
3)杏仁粉和芝士碎放入大碗內,加入調味料拌勻成糰。
4)準備兩張大牛油紙,將麵糰放上,然後滾平,切成餅乾形狀,灑上海鹽和黑胡椒粉,放入焗爐內焗8-10分鐘。或者放入已預熱air-fryer內4-5分鐘。

Black Pepper Cheese Crackers
Ingredients:
Almond flour 120g
Mozzarella cheese 120g
Sea salt & Black pepper on top

Seasoning:
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Black pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180c/ air fryer 180c
Melt the cheese in microwave for 30-45 seconds.
Mix almond flour and cheese together, add seasoning, mix well.
Roll the dough thinly, cut into squares, sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper
Bake in oven for 8-10 mins or Air-fryer for 4-5 mins.
