Ingredients ---
1) 1 tbsp + 1 tsp pure ghee
2) pinch of sugar
3) salt to taste
4) 1 cup fine semolina (rawa) 130 gm
5) 1/4 cup + 2 tsp milk
6) 1 and 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
7) 1 and 1/4 cup sugar
8) 1 tsp charoli
9) 1 tsp crushed (coarse) cashew
10) few resins
11) pinch of saffron
12) 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
13) enough oil for deep frying
