Video Not Working? Fix It Now

The Effect operator mode introduced in the opsix's v2.0 firmware brought with it a huge range of new sound design opportunities. Probably the most exciting amongst them was the possibility of creating physical modelling synth patches using the Comb Filter mode.

In this video I build a physically modelled string patch from scratch, explore how to simulate different playing expressions, such as plucking and bowing, and examine the variety of ways we can make our virtual string especially responsive to the velocity of our playing.

Get (a tweaked and improved) version of the finished patch here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1I9DWJt-_7BFHgndJd3aFl-Dy66QzNr25/view?usp=sharing
